At Red House Academy we believe that every student is important and we have high expectations of them all. Early identification of each student's abilities and monitoring progress every half term are important tools in supporting their learning.
We assess progress each half term and students have to evidence that they are making towards achieving their targets. We use a variety of interventions to support students who are in danger of not achieving. Progress reports provide parents with valuable insights into how well students are performing and we actively encourage parents to contact the Academy at any time to discuss aspect of their child's learning.
Our students, welfare is as important as their academic progress. Together with the Attendance Team, Learning and Behaviour Mentors, the Academy's Pastoral Support teams of Year Managers and Tutors aim to provide every child with the support they need to feel safe and valued at Red House Academy. This way, with parents support, they can achieve their full potential.
